Preferred changeover day: Thursday (may be flexible depending on season/circumstances).

Incomplete week bookings (different than 7 or 14 days for instance): Not always possible. It depends on season and other circumstances. Please enquiry to check possibility.

Security deposit: A security deposit whose amount may vary is required to safeguard the event of any breakages or damage incurred during the stay..

- The prices include water, electricity, garden and pools maintenance, linen and towels, pool towels, mid-week change of towels, weekly cleaning and heated outdoor swimming pool, excepted if otherwise mentioned.
- Children up to 2 years old inclusive are free (free of charge applies up to a maximum of 2 children).
- It is possible to add up to 2 extra beds, increasing the total capacity of the Villa up to 10 persons.

Amazing Villa

My friends and I stayed at Villa Santina for a week. We had the time of our lives here. Everything was exactly as in the pictures and sometimes even better, from the pool to the fantastic basement everything was perfect. It was worth every penny. We are already thinking about staying again next year.

Ottima struttura che rispecchia pienamente le foto, ben tenuta e pulita al termine di una via molto tranquilla, con un bellissimo affaccio sul mare in particolare all'alba e al tramonto. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Bellissima vacanza con amici.
