Villa Xelb is a cosy family villa located in a calm neighborhood close to Silves' center. The villa was totally renewed in 2017 with modern and fresh materials and a clean and warm decoration.

The villa is only 1.5km away from the center of Silves town. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found within a few hundred meters. In Silves center a wider variety of supermarkets, restaurants and shops can also be found.

It offers you a total of 4 bedrooms (1 of them is en-suite) with 2 bathrooms, living and dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and an upstairs pool table room.

Featuring an outdoor heated swimming pool, 8 individual chaise lounges, outdoor barbecue and outdoor dinning area, this villa is a good solution for medium sized groups seeking for relaxing and funny holidays while staying close to town.

A) Prices up to 6 persons. For each person above 6 and up to 10, it is charged 110 €/week

B) Prices up to 4 persons. For each person above 4 and up to 10, it is charged 110 €/week

C) The heating of the outdoor swimming pool is however not included for these periods. An extra of € 200/week is charged in these months if the heating of the swimming pool is wanted.

Preferred changeover day: Saturday/Sunday (may be flexible depending on season/circumstances).

Incomplete week bookings (different than 7 or 14 days for instance): Not always possible. It depends on season and other circumstances. Please enquiry to be check possibility.

Security deposit: A security deposit whose amount may vary is required to safeguard the event of any breakages or damage incurred during the stay.

- The prices include water, electricity, garden and pools maintenance, linen and towels, pool towels, mid-week change of towels and weekly cleaning.
- Children up to 2 years old inclusive are free (free of charge applies up to a maximum of 2 children).
- It is possible to add up to 2 extra beds, increasing the total capacity of the Villa up to 10 persons.

Large, Clean, perfect villa.

We were so impressed with everything, Jose was an excellent host. After contacting him at the airport on arrival, he was able to monitor our journey on Google maps, we took a wrong turn & within 5 seconds Jose phoned me to put us back on the correct route, very impressed. He also put us at easy incase of any medical or other emergency, he was available to take us to a doctor/hospital if necessary (Thankfully not needed). Location is a bit isolated but we got used to driving very quickly & found our way around very easily. Everything you could need was at the villa, we really enjoyed our stay. Deposit returned very prompt.

A casa é fantástica, com condições de topo! A piscina aquecida, a área exterior com a churrasqueira é um "must- have" , muito bem conseguido.

A mesa de snooker fez muito sucesso e permitiu noitadas matavilhosas!

large spacious villa with excellent amenities like a pool table, table tennis, bikes and a great external area with pool. jose was an excellent host and was always available to answer any questions and did our food and alcohol shop prior to our arrival. jose also helped with organising activities. the villa is extremely well priced given the high quality. it is a little isolated but given the price and standard it is a small opportunity cost. jose was also extremely relaxed on check out compared to other airbnb hosts who would be looking to gain addittional payment for something like a broken glass. i couldnt recommend this villa and Jose highly enough. absolutely perfect experience for the stag do.

Het zwembad was heerlijk

Wij waren van 6 tot 13 oktober met 8 volwassenen, 1 kind van vier en 1 van anderhalf in deze villa en hij beantwoordde aan al onze verwachtingen. Het zwembad was heerlijk en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, inclusief de badlakens! We hoefden alleen nog boodschappen te doen maar de winkel, een Intermarché, ligt op loopafstand waardoor we elke ochtend verse broodjes konden halen! Prachtig uitzicht en een goede uitvalsplek naar alle prachtige stranden in de buurt. We hadden wel auto’s om van en naar het vliegveld in Faro te komen. En om mooie trips te maken naar Lagos, Monchique, een winery enz. Kortom; deze villa is een aanrader!

we was 6 people but house acommodate 8 or 10 people.Have 4 rooms with sets of towels,barbecue área,pool,snooker room,garden,car park...,have all amenities you would expect for a perfect holidays!

Villa Xelb is a great property that can easily accommodate a party of eight with all the amenities you would expect of a high end house. The communication with our hosts was easy and fluid, Spring Villas is a family run business and they made everything to make us feel at home during our 4 nights stay. There is also a clear attention to details from the elegant "laid back" decor to the quality of the beds, the twin sets of towels in every room, the snooker room and the pool and barbecue area...all the right ingredients for a perfect holiday. We strongly recommend it.
